Responsibilities

• Manage, draft, and review client briefs
• Ensure client deadlines are met across multiple campaigns
• Liaise with clients to manage expectations and communicate agency recommendations
• Distill and transfer client feedback to designers and copywriters
• Prioritise team workloads and escalate issues when needed
• Maintain a deep understanding of client business strategies and objectives
• Build strong working relationships through regular meetings and planning sessions
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Work with the team to test creatives across client channels

Requirements

• Experience delivering multi-channel marketing communications (digital, direct, email, banner)
• Extremely organised with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work within short timeframes and meet deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Moderate understanding of production and interactive processes
• Basic understanding of financials and budget management
• Agency experience is a plus
