About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret licensing requirements to find solutions for complex and bespoke requests
- Assist clients with queries regarding software licensing, billing, and contract renewals
- Process new sales and trials in accordance with Software License Agreements
- Manage the dispatch of software licenses and the processing of invoices
- Draft quotations for new and additional license requests
- Support the Senior Coordinator with various client-related queries
Requirements
- Proven track record of handling complex queries and tasks in a pressurized environment
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to accurately review the quality of own output
- Experience in customer service, specifically dealing with corporate clients and individuals at all levels
- Experience interpreting legal contracts and working with financials and invoices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and work on own initiative
- Aptitude for learning new IT systems and strong computer skills
