Client Services Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing relationships between clients and internal departments like sales and operations
• Resolve publisher queries efficiently via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot issues and provide guidance regarding IngramSpark and Lightning Source service offerings
• Drive sales growth through effective upselling and clarification of special offerings
• Manage new and outstanding customer requests, ensuring timely updates and satisfactory resolutions
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Ingram services and industry best practices, including metadata optimization
• Liaise with internal teams across the US, UK, and AU to meet customer needs

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
• O Level/GCSE level education
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage workload in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to think critically and exercise effective judgment in ambiguous situations
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
• French speaking skills are considered beneficial
