About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee team transactions by tracking critical dates and providing regular updates to clients and colleagues
- Maintain company databases to track prospects and business opportunities
- Create and format proposals and presentations in collaboration with the Marketing team
- Process executed lease and amendment paperwork, including creating vouchers and collecting documentation
- Manage administrative tasks such as sending eblasts, creating market surveys, printing tour books, and scheduling tours
- Attend local business and industry events to build knowledge of the local marketplace
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales or administrative experience in a professional environment
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High level of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in commercial real estate, legal, architectural, or construction industries
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign
