Client Services Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret customer and employee experience data to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Act as a strategic advisor to ensure clients maximize ROI and optimize business processes using the platform
• Translate complex business objectives into sustainable technical architectures and system configurations
• Oversee technical and functional account health to ensure solutions evolve with client needs
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align platform capabilities with client visions
• Configure the Medallia platform and support QA, user acceptance testing (UAT), and launch processes

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client-facing, technical, or professional services role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a strong interest in technology
• Experience managing or delivering technology projects for US Federal agencies
• Ability to obtain a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical proficiency in Javascript, HTML, or XML
• Understanding of data transfer protocols such as SFTP, API, SSH, or PGP Keys
• Proven ability to synthesize large data volumes into actionable business recommendations
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle (requirements, design, setup, and review)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical insights to C-suite executives
