Client Services Consultant

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret customer and employee experience data to identify trends and growth opportunities
• Act as a strategic advisor to ensure clients extract maximum business value and ROI from the platform
• Translate complex business objectives into sustainable technical architectures and system configurations
• Oversee technical and functional account health to ensure solutions evolve with client needs
• Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to align platform capabilities with client visions
• Configure the Medallia platform and support QA, user acceptance testing (UAT), and launch processes

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role, professional services, or a closely related field
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a strong interest in technology
• Technical proficiency in Javascript, HTML, and XML
• Experience with data transfer protocols such as SFTP, API, SSH, or PGP

Preferred Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize large data volumes into actionable recommendations
• High-impact communication skills, including the ability to present to C-suite executives
• Understanding of the full software development lifecycle from requirements to review
• Ability to translate between complex business problems and technical concepts
