Responsibilities
- Support the Client Relationship Management (CRM) process within the agency
- Manage account proposals and prepare new business documents
- Review account update documents and obtain necessary signatures
- Handle client inquiries via phone, fax, email, and office visits
- Proactively contact clients regarding account changes
- Document all client contact in CRM tools and files
Requirements
- 1-3 years of administrative and customer service experience
- Background in insurance and financial services (Annuities, Life Insurance, Managed Money)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
