Client Services Associate

Responsibilities

• Respond in a timely manner to inquiries from external and internal clients
• Perform assigned daily operations and processes
• Assist with account administration, including account openings, billing setup, and tax documentation
• Provide online support for various client-facing applications
• Ensure timely and accurate production of client-customized reporting and data collection
• Assist with data collection for risk and compliance reporting
• Identify and escalate unusual or potentially suspicious transaction activity in accordance with corporate policy
• Provide on-the-job training to new staff and assist with their understanding of job responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of related experience in custody or fund accounting
• Knowledge of securities markets, products, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically spreadsheets
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize assignments under tight deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of operational functions within both custody and fund accounting
• Experience with client-facing application support
