About the role

Responsibilities

  • Process inbound and outbound mail and packages
  • Distribute mail and deliveries to company personnel
  • Manage shipping and receiving of materials and supplies
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies and printer consumables
  • Maintain multi-function devices and submit work orders for repairs
  • Perform meeting room setups and pantry/kitchen replenishment
  • Provide reception and concierge coverage as needed
  • Perform light maintenance and cleaning duties

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods
  • Organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of prior work experience
  • Working knowledge of multi-function device (MFD) equipment
  • Experience with shipping and receiving procedures
