About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the lifecycle of mail and packages using chain-of-custody software
- Maintain Business Service Center, kitchens, and conference rooms to high standards
- Troubleshoot and maintain multi-function devices (MFDs) and print equipment
- Provide backup reception and concierge services for guests
- Assist with office moves, light maintenance, and inventory management
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in hospitality, retail, or office services
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs
- Proficiency with MS Office and shipping software
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
