About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional office and mail services including processing inbound and outbound mail
  • Manage shipping and receiving of products and supplies
  • Replenish and organize office supplies and maintain copy/print machines
  • Serve as backup for reception and concierge duties
  • Perform meeting room setups and light maintenance/cleaning
  • Monitor and order office supplies to maintain stock levels
  • Distribute mail and packages to company personnel

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. using a wheeled cart

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of prior work experience
  • Working knowledge of multi-function device (MFD) equipment
