About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all employees and clients
  • Process inbound and outbound mail, packages, and shipping/receiving transactions
  • Manage office supplies, including monitoring levels, ordering, and replenishing
  • Maintain multi-function devices by ensuring functionality and replenishing toner and paper
  • Perform meeting and conference room setups and service pantry or kitchen areas
  • Provide reception or concierge coverage as needed
  • Perform light maintenance, cleaning, and building occupant moves as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and PC skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently
  • Physical ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently
  • Ability to grasp, lift, and move packages on a wheeled cart (up to 60 lbs.)
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of prior work experience
  • Working knowledge of multi-function device (MFD) equipment
