About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all employees and clients
- Process inbound and outbound mail, packages, and shipping/receiving transactions
- Manage office supplies, including monitoring levels, ordering, and replenishing
- Maintain multi-function devices by ensuring functionality and replenishing toner and paper
- Perform meeting and conference room setups and service pantry or kitchen areas
- Provide reception or concierge coverage as needed
- Perform light maintenance, cleaning, and building occupant moves as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and PC skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently
- Physical ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently
- Ability to grasp, lift, and move packages on a wheeled cart (up to 60 lbs.)
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of prior work experience
- Working knowledge of multi-function device (MFD) equipment
