About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support Premium Club Representatives during the new client onboarding process by developing client profiles and maintaining account collateral.
  • Create and manage Salesforce profiles for all new members through research and onboarding calls.
  • Coordinate the procurement, shipment, and delivery of new client onboarding gifts and member milestone items.
  • Manage Red Sox Rewards and promotional item claims, ensuring all deliveries are tracked in Salesforce.
  • Act as a Premium Ambassador on game days to implement high-end service touchpoints at Fenway Park.
  • Assist with general Client Services operations, including managing club inboxes, phone lines, and amenity requests.
  • Track facilities-related work orders throughout the season and off-season.

Requirements

  • Ability to commit to the full July 2026 - July 2027 timeline.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset.
  • A passion for providing a high standard of premium customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, Business, or Marketing.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with Qualtrics or ProVenue/ticketing software.
