Client Services Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide education, guidance, and support to customers and patients regarding products and services
• Act as a liaison between external customers and internal operations via phone and email
• Manage high volumes of client-facing interactions with physicians, medical staff, and patients
• Resolve customer issues of varied complexity using strong problem-solving skills
• Ensure the secure transmission of patient reports and testing status updates
• Document all communications and maintain accurate patient and test request records
• Assist with sample procurement, supply ordering, and entering new test requests into the system
• Review and update test requests containing ambiguous patient information

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service-oriented role
• Understanding of HIPAA and the importance of patient data privacy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data entry skills

• Experience working in a call center or phone-based support environment
• Ability to communicate scientific or technical information effectively
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing procedures and work environments
