Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end documentation processes for auto-loans, ensuring compliance and timely submission to financial institutions
• Maintain proactive communication with banks to gather required documents and guide stakeholders through the application process
• Review and validate all submitted documents for completeness, accuracy, and authenticity
• Compile, organize, and submit finalized applications to appropriate financial institutions
• Provide clients with transparent updates throughout the entire application lifecycle, including approvals and rejections
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Sales department, internal evaluation teams, banking partners, and clients
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and submission statuses within the CRM system
• Assist in refining operational workflows to improve efficiency and turnaround times

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, auto-loan processing, or a related role
• Experience working with CRM, ERP, and operational reporting tools
• Proficiency in MS Office/Sheets and CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail for identifying inconsistencies in applications
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
