Client Services and Banking Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end auto-loan documentation processes, ensuring timely collection, compliance, and submission to financial institutions.
• Maintain proactive communication with banks and guide stakeholders through the application process.
• Review and validate all submitted documents for completeness, accuracy, and authenticity.
• Compile, organize, and submit finalized applications to appropriate financial institutions.
• Provide clients with transparent updates regarding application status, approvals, or rejections.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the Sales department, internal evaluation teams, banking partners, and clients.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and submission statuses within the CRM system.
• Assist in refining operational workflows to improve efficiency and turnaround times.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, auto-loan processing, or a related role.
• Proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), ERP, and MS Office/Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail regarding documentation and data entry.
