Client Services & Administration Officer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate front-of-house reception, triaging client enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Manage complex appointment scheduling, including admissions, discharges, and imaging bookings
• Prepare estimates, process invoices and payments, and support debt management and finance liaison
• Maintain accurate patient records, consents, and clinical notes within practice management systems
• Support staff rostering, inventory coordination, and continuous improvement of service delivery

Requirements

• Diploma-level qualification in business, animal health, equine studies, or a related field
• Experience working in a client-facing hospital or clinical environment
• Practical experience with horses or the equine industry and comfort working around large animals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using practice management software
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
