About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate front-of-house reception, triaging client enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Manage complex appointment scheduling, including admissions, discharges, and imaging bookings
- Prepare estimates, process invoices and payments, and support debt management and finance liaison
- Maintain accurate patient records, consents, and clinical notes within practice management systems
- Support staff rostering, inventory coordination, and continuous improvement of service delivery
Requirements
- Diploma-level qualification in business, animal health, equine studies, or a related field
- Experience working in a client-facing hospital or clinical environment
- Practical experience with horses or the equine industry and comfort working around large animals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using practice management software
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills
