About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of Securities Services' Custody and Fund Services clients
- Understand clients' business needs and agendas to cultivate long-term partnerships
- Take full responsibility for service delivery across Securities Services
- Drive the resolution of client queries, data/reporting issues, and delivery issues
- Partner with Product Management and Product Development to deliver effective solutions
- Lead in-person meetings to establish governance and update clients on enhancements
- Monitor and manage billing accuracy on a monthly and annual basis
- Coordinate client training for proprietary J.P. Morgan technology
Requirements
- 10+ years in Financial Services, specifically in Securities Servicing
- Proven senior experience in Client Service, Implementation, Project Management, or Operations
- Familiarity with Custody, Fund Accounting, Hedge Funds, ETFs, or Securities Lending
- Fluency in Japanese and English
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks
