Client Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Deliver and transport medical gas products and equipment to clients and institutions
• Provide technical training and education to new and existing clients on equipment function and maintenance
• Perform technical checks and review safety instructions with clients
• Maintain accurate documentation for technical visits, equipment exchanges, deliveries, and pickups
• Execute warehouse duties including stocking supplies, shipping/receiving, and equipment cleaning
• Inspect company vehicles before and after use and manage routine maintenance logs
• Ensure safe supply of gases by trans-filling and transporting medical gases according to regulations
• Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation to support client needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of the use and maintenance of respiratory home care equipment
• 2-3 years of recent, consecutive driving or delivery experience
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Ability to lift and maneuver 55 pounds unassisted on a regular basis
• A clean and valid driver’s abstract
