Client Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily front-of-house reception operations to ensure a professional visitor experience
• Supervise and coordinate conference center, mailroom, shipping/receiving, and facilities support functions
• Manage, coach, and develop the reception team with a focus on hospitality and service excellence
• Serve as a working supervisor by stepping into operational roles during coverage gaps or peak periods
• Develop and manage team schedules to ensure appropriate staffing coverage
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, service requests, and issue resolution
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and workflow efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Experience in hospitality, hotel concierge, or corporate reception environments
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and manage a diverse onsite team
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in corporate hospitality, concierge, or executive reception
• Experience supporting meeting room coordination and visitor management
• Experience overseeing mail services, shipping/receiving, or facilities support
