About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the Lobby Concierge team and support Messenger Center operations
- Oversee daily operations, staff performance, and service delivery
- Manage team schedules, time off, and coverage for call-outs or PTO
- Train, coach, and counsel staff, including issuing warnings when necessary
- Ensure policies and procedures are followed and enforced
- Manage employee timecards in PayCom
- Provide quarterly reports to management regarding Visitor Center and Messenger operations
- Execute tenant requests, inquiries, and act as a liaison between tenants and visitors
- Maintain uniform standards and manage dry-cleaning schedules
- Greet VIP visitors and expedite their entry process
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in client services, hospitality, or operations
- Prior supervisory experience managing 5–10 employees
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized and able to multitask in high-volume settings
- Strong computer proficiency
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
