About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise legal print, production, and binding services to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
- Serve as the primary on-site client contact and manage escalations
- Manage staff schedules, resources, and coverage for absences or emergencies
- Track and report key performance metrics including KPIs, SLAs, and budgets
- Lead staff development, coaching, training, and performance reviews
- Oversee vendors and coordinate special projects
- Maintain a safe, professional, and organized work environment
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in operational management or client services leadership
- 3+ years of experience managing office services, reprographics, or light facilities
- Supervisory experience managing 5–10 staff members
- High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and business software
- Ability to lift/move 40–60 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a law firm environment
- Experience in office services or facilities management
