About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a large number of diverse frontline employees, including rosters and payroll
- Liaise regularly with clients and employees to ensure service excellence
- Conduct HSE activities such as toolbox talks and risk assessments
- Assist with the delivery of cleaning services in accordance with contractual requirements
- Maintain strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure professional presentation and high standards of customer service
Requirements
- Experience in cleaning operations and managing a diverse workforce
- Ability to work productively with limited supervision or within a team
- Current and valid Driver License
- Exceptional communication and technology skills
- Knowledge of how to conduct and handle incident investigations
- Ability to hold or obtain a Certificate IV in Asset Maintenance
- Must hold or be able to obtain a NSW Working with Children Check, NSW Police Clearance, and Government Clearance
- Full work rights in Australia
