Client Service Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of Client Service professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support for career growth.
• Oversee the renewal process to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of tailored solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager and Client Service Director to align team goals with branch strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve client retention and satisfaction by analyzing needs and recommending coverage.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high service standards.
• Manage and maintain accurate client and policy data using company systems.
• Leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance team productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client service and/or claims management experience, OR a High School degree/GED with 10+ years of experience.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience with a proven ability to mentor team members.
• Active Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
• Collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering results.
