About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of client service specialists and direct daily workflow
  • Monitor workloads to ensure all client inquiries are addressed promptly
  • Train new client service staff on support policies and procedures
  • Create and distribute documented resolutions for common service issues
  • Provide direct support to assigned accounts and manage escalated issues

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of seven years of industry experience
  • Minimum of five years of supervisory experience
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain a high quality focus
