About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of client service specialists and direct daily workflow
- Monitor workloads to ensure all client inquiries are addressed promptly
- Train new client service staff on support policies and procedures
- Create and distribute documented resolutions for common service issues
- Provide direct support to assigned accounts and manage escalated issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of seven years of industry experience
- Minimum of five years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a high quality focus
