Client Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative client services and legal secretarial support to the Real Estate Department
• Coordinate legal practice tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and client presentations
• Review, redline, and revise complex legal documents and correspondence
• Manage the client billing process, including time entry, expense reporting, and application of task codes
• Maintain client materials within the document management system
• Coordinate with firm resources such as Document Processing Services and the Client Service Center
• Facilitate service levels that meet client requirements and adhere to firm policies

Requirements

• At least 4 years of legal secretarial experience or relevant legal experience
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Advanced knowledge of timekeeping, expense processing, and legal billing
• Strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience supporting a Real Estate legal practice
