About the role
Responsibilities
- Administer the offering process for MIO’s hedge fund, including investor subscriptions and redemptions
- Review offering-related materials and assist investors with required forms
- Liaise with the Advisory team regarding investor suitability
- Assist counsel with reviewing entity formation documents for eligibility
- Review and track required compliance documentation
- Coordinate with finance and administrators to ensure efficient transaction processing
- Collaborate with the IT team on the development of investor-facing applications
- Distribute statements, custom letters, and reports to investors and third parties
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active SIE, Series 66, and Series 7 licenses
- 3-5 years of experience in client service, financial operations, or similar roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive financial matters
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with complex products such as private markets or hedge funds
- Natural intellectual curiosity regarding finance and investor relations
