Client Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Administer the offering process for MIO’s hedge fund, including investor subscriptions and redemptions
• Review offering-related materials and assist investors with required forms
• Liaise with the Advisory team regarding investor suitability
• Assist counsel with reviewing entity formation documents for eligibility
• Review and track required compliance documentation
• Coordinate with finance and administrators to ensure efficient transaction processing
• Collaborate with the IT team on the development of investor-facing applications
• Distribute statements, custom letters, and reports to investors and third parties

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Active SIE, Series 66, and Series 7 licenses
• 3-5 years of experience in client service, financial operations, or similar roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive financial matters

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with complex products such as private markets or hedge funds
• Natural intellectual curiosity regarding finance and investor relations
