Client Service Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Support a legal team servicing the digital asset and blockchain industry with daily administrative tasks
• Manage complex calendars, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
• Handle billing processes and track accounts receivable
• Draft, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports
• Manage incoming communications via email, phone, and text
• Maintain electronic and hard copy files using document management systems
• Perform data entry and conduct research for various projects and initiatives
• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience supporting attorneys or C-level executives
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
