Client Service Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for servicing commercial client requests, including account opening, account servicing, and technical support.
• Provide client support for onboarding and routine bank inquiries through various communication channels.
• Perform research, problem-solving, and escalations to internal partners to resolve client issues.
• Execute account maintenance requests and conduct quality assurance monitoring to mitigate risk.
• Onboard new clients and accounts in strict adherence to regulatory standards and established procedures.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in Banking/Financial Services, Customer Service, or Operations Support; OR
• High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services, Customer Service, or Operations Support.
• Ability to live within a drivable distance to the Cottonwood Heights, UT office.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, splitting time between the office and remote work.
