Client Service Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for servicing commercial client requests, including account opening, account servicing, and technical support.
• Provide client support for onboarding and routine bank inquiries through various communication channels.
• Research, problem-solve, and escalate complex issues to internal partners following established procedures.
• Influence client adoption of online tools and recommend additional bank products or programs where appropriate.
• Execute account maintenance requests and perform quality assurance monitoring to mitigate risk.
• Onboard new clients and accounts in strict adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience in Banking/Financial Services, Customer Service, or Operations Support.
• OR a High School Diploma/GED and 2 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services, Customer Service, or Operations Support.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, residing within a drivable distance to the Raleigh, NC office.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm PST.
