About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office workflow to ensure a high-quality client experience.
- Support business management by ensuring accurate account setup and resolving issues with the corporate office.
- Maintain client management systems, files, and records in accordance with retention policies.
- Act as a liaison for clients by answering questions and providing account information.
- Coordinate client appreciation events, seminars, and meetings.
- Perform transaction requests and administrative tasks as directed by financial advisors.
- Proactively call clients or prospects to schedule appointments.
Requirements
- College degree or higher.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar professional service or administrative role.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Series 7, Series 66, and State life, accident, and health insurance licenses.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite phone manner.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
