Client Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide reception support by answering phones, greeting clients, and addressing service requests
• Perform general administrative duties including logging correspondence, check deposits, and maintaining client files
• Manage office supplies, process expense reports, and initiate maintenance requests
• Support practice management by scheduling client appointments and entering data into various applications
• Assist advisors with client meeting preparation, follow-up, and marketing program support

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities
• Understanding of a financial advisor's practice
