Responsibilities

  • Support Relationship Managers to proactively service clients
  • Track and maintain client information and facilitate account openings, transitions, and closings
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external parties like clients and custodians
  • Schedule, track, and prepare materials for client meetings
  • Attend onsite meetings and conference calls, writing and distributing meeting notes
  • Tailor responses to client requests based on individual needs and concerns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong academic credentials
  • 1-3 years of relevant client service experience within investment management or financial services
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail and strong business judgment
  • Team player mentality
