Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers to proactively service clients
- Track and maintain client information and facilitate account openings, transitions, and closings
- Communicate effectively with internal departments and external parties like clients and custodians
- Schedule, track, and prepare materials for client meetings
- Attend onsite meetings and conference calls, writing and distributing meeting notes
- Tailor responses to client requests based on individual needs and concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong academic credentials
- 1-3 years of relevant client service experience within investment management or financial services
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Superior attention to detail and strong business judgment
- Team player mentality
