Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 5+ years of extensive experience in team leadership and management within a client service environment.
  • Specialized expertise in treasury and cash management products and services.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic operational plans.
  • Demonstrated expertise in analyzing complex data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Advanced skills in stakeholder management, influence, and communication.
  • Proficiency in overseeing end-to-end change management processes.
  • Strong digital literacy with experience in process automation and quantitative reporting.
  • Ability to work US operating hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leveraging AI/ML technologies to explore innovative operational solutions.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices to ensure data protection and secure operations.
