Client Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
• Process and monitor orders from booking through to final delivery
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Provide real-time shipment updates and proactively manage potential delays
• Resolve customer inquiries, claims, and service issues efficiently
• Ensure accurate data entry in transport and order management systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service within logistics, freight forwarding, or a 3PL environment
• Strong understanding of transport operations and supply chain processes
• Experience working with TMS/ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
