About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage client communications by answering incoming calls and emails professionally
- Schedule appointments, send reminders, and assist with forward booking
- Greet clients and patients in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Maintain accurate client and patient records and document information
- Process payments, financing applications, and pet insurance claims
- Prepare estimates and review invoices with clients
- Communicate effectively with doctors and veterinary staff to support team operations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with computer software and scheduling systems

- Experience in a veterinary or healthcare setting
