About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Assist clients with housing applications, assessments, and allocation processes
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and client documentation
  • Liaise with internal teams and external support agencies to coordinate care
  • Respond to enquiries professionally, sensitively, and effectively
  • Build positive and sustainable relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of service operations

Requirements

  • Experience working in the social service, community, or housing sector
  • Proven experience in customer service and managing complex client needs
  • Knowledge of housing pathways or crisis accommodation
  • Highly organised with strong administrative skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people from diverse social backgrounds
  • Resilience and the ability to work effectively in complex environments
