Client Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with strategic stakeholders and partners
• Manage client relationships and support new business opportunities
• Coordinate tasks for projects and strategic initiatives
• Conduct detailed analysis on program efficiency and student learning outcomes
• Implement program improvements and maintain high delivery standards
• Conceptualize, organize, and execute program activities
• Oversee casual program assistants to ensure high-quality on-site and off-site delivery
• Prepare detailed budgets and manage financial documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project design, delivery, and evaluation
• Proven experience in client relationship development and management
• Strong project management and administrative experience
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and working with senior-level executives
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and various databases
• Strong budget development and management skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with learning management systems (LMS)
