About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service delivery and multiple sites or projects
- Act as the primary daily contact for the client
- Manage site financials, including hours, gross margin, and profitability
- Manage direct reports and supervisory staff
- Drive operational improvements and solution design
- Coordinate and lead vendor partner negotiations
- Ensure strict adherence to all SPS policies and procedures
- Maintain client and employee satisfaction indices
- Manage resources including people, hardware, software, and facilities
- Coordinate staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in relationship building and operational management
- Previous experience managing or supervising 5-10 employees
- Ability to interact effectively with C-level executives
- Strong computer skills and understanding of selling skills
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently
- Ability to perform daily walkthroughs and site inspections
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry-related experience
