About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily lockbox processing activities
  • Achieve contractual business results and provide leadership over daily production
  • Monitor departmental goals and provide trend analysis to management
  • Manage and coach supervisors and team members to foster a high-performing team
  • Ensure adherence to company quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain and update comprehensive process documentation
  • Handle incident reporting and root cause analysis
  • Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management and client relationship management
  • Previous experience leading teams of 5–10 employees or more
  • Strong computer skills and business acumen
  • Ability to travel locally up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a service-driven or facilities management environment
