About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily lockbox processing activities
- Achieve contractual business results and provide leadership over daily production
- Monitor departmental goals and provide trend analysis to management
- Manage and coach supervisors and team members to foster a high-performing team
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain and update comprehensive process documentation
- Handle incident reporting and root cause analysis
- Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in operations management and client relationship management
- Previous experience leading teams of 5–10 employees or more
- Strong computer skills and business acumen
- Ability to travel locally up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a service-driven or facilities management environment
