About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage service delivery and client relationships within specialized areas such as Custody, Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, or Middle Office Outsourcing
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports and information to maintain high client service levels
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client queries and issue resolution
- Manage complex projects including strategic change management, process re-engineering, and new product initiatives
- Identify and address service issues proactively and provide technical expertise for new or complex products
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers and internal operations teams to improve processes and oversee software installations
- Maintain risk management and compliance programs for the assigned group
- Provide management reporting on transaction volumes, productivity, and service impact
Requirements
- College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience
- Strong knowledge of financial industry operations, including fiduciary services
- Proficiency with trust systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Superior oral and written communication skills
