Responsibilities
- Manage new client implementation processes
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive retention
- Coordinate and direct client activities with team members
- Maintain familiarity with industry trends affecting the investment market
- Manage special requests or projects for the Wealth Advisor team
- Adhere to ethics and associate code of conduct policies
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in financial services or high net worth client service
- Strong PC proficiency
- Experience with Salesforce or Orion Advisor Services preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
