About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, triaging calls and emails for advisers
- Prepare documentation and manage requirements for client meetings
- Coordinate client meeting bookings and attend meetings to take notes
- Record actions and tasks within the Financial Planning administration system
- Liaise with external parties including product providers, accountants, ATO, and Centrelink
- Manage client reviews, including completing Fact Finds and Annual Engagements
- Keep clients informed regarding the status of strategy recommendation implementations
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Client Service Manager or similar role
- Proven experience within the Financial Services industry
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong ability to coordinate workflow and meet deadlines
- Exceptional client service skills and strong attention to detail
