About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for clients, triaging calls and emails for advisers
- Prepare documentation and meeting requirements for client sessions
- Coordinate client meeting bookings and manage meeting requirements
- Attend client meetings and record appropriate notes
- Record actions and tasks in the Financial Planning administration system
- Liaise with external parties including product providers, accountants, ATO, and Centrelink
- Manage client reviews and complete required documentation such as Fact Finds and Annual Engagements
- Keep clients informed regarding the status of strategy recommendation implementations
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a client service manager or similar role
- Proven experience within the Financial Services industry
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong ability to coordinate workflow and meet deadlines
- Exceptional client service skills and attention to detail
