About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, triaging calls and emails for advisers
  • Prepare documentation and meeting requirements for client sessions
  • Coordinate client meeting bookings and manage meeting requirements
  • Attend client meetings and record appropriate notes
  • Record actions and tasks in the Financial Planning administration system
  • Liaise with external parties including product providers, accountants, ATO, and Centrelink
  • Manage client reviews and complete required documentation such as Fact Finds and Annual Engagements
  • Keep clients informed regarding the status of strategy recommendation implementations

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a client service manager or similar role
  • Proven experience within the Financial Services industry
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong ability to coordinate workflow and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional client service skills and attention to detail
