Client Service Manager - Employee Benefits

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of accounts to deliver high-quality service and ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• Partner with the Production Team to lead the renewal process and deliver timely solutions.
• Proactively handle claims resolution and provide ongoing support to group clients and their employees.
• Coordinate with marketing specialists to prepare RFPs and analyze carrier proposals for accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct employee meetings and act as a liaison between clients and carriers for new business or renewal paperwork.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of benefit-related regulations including ACA, ADA, FMLA, COBRA, and FSA.
• Document all transactions and maintain orderly electronic and paper files within the EPIC Agency Management System.

Requirements

• Florida 2-15 Life & Health License is required.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant agency experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Applied "EPIC" Agency Management System.
• Proficiency with benefits administration software.
