Client Service Manager Broker Tax & Trading

Responsibilities

• Act as a reliable point of contact for existing customers and prospects via phone and email
• Provide 2nd-level support for complex inquiries regarding brokerage, taxes, and trading
• Collaborate with internal departments to find rapid solutions for specialized issues
• Take ownership of customer satisfaction and long-term retention
• Identify product and process improvement opportunities by analyzing customer feedback
• Work closely with Product and Operations teams to enhance the user experience

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (ideally Bank Clerk) or a university degree
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in Banking, FinTech, or financial services
• Strong understanding of digital brokerage processes, including security transfers and corporate actions
• Knowledge of German withholding tax (Abgeltungsteuer) and withholding tax topics
• Proficiency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work precisely under time pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with order flow processes and the mechanics of savings plans
• High affinity for capital market products and digital financial solutions
