Client Service Manager Broker Tax & Trading

Responsibilities

• Act as a reliable contact for existing customers and prospects via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve complex inquiries by networking with other specialized departments
• Take ownership of customer satisfaction and long-term retention
• Continuously expand financial expertise through internal training and self-study
• Identify product and process improvement opportunities by analyzing customer feedback in collaboration with Product and Operations teams

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (ideally as a Bank Clerk) or a university degree
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in Banking, FinTech, or financial services
• Strong understanding of digital brokerage processes, including security transfers and corporate actions
• Knowledge of German withholding tax (Abgeltungsteuer) and withholding tax topics
• Analytical mindset with a high affinity for capital market products and digital solutions
• Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with trading and savings plan order flow processes
• Ability to work precisely and maintain high attention to detail under time pressure
