Client Service Manager Broker Tax & Trading

Responsibilities

• Act as a reliable point of contact for existing customers and prospects via phone and email
• Handle complex inquiries regarding tax and trading processes within the 2nd-level support tier
• Collaborate with internal departments to find rapid solutions for specialized customer issues
• Take ownership of customer satisfaction and long-term retention
• Identify product and process improvement opportunities by analyzing customer feedback in coordination with Product and Operations teams
• Continuously expand financial expertise through internal training and self-study

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (ideally Bank Clerk) or a university degree
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in Banking, FinTech, or financial services
• Strong understanding of digital brokerage processes, including security transfers and corporate actions
• Knowledge of trading mechanics, savings plans, and German withholding tax (Abgeltungsteuer)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work precisely and detail-oriented under time pressure
• Excellent communication skills with a solution-oriented approach
• German language proficiency at C1 level and English at B2 level
