About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and warehouse, office, and technical teams
  • Coordinate and monitor warehouse inbound and outbound shipments for E-commerce, wholesale, and retail
  • Monitor WMS system to track SLA and address late orders
  • Prepare, analyze, and send daily reports to senior leaders and clients
  • Research error resolution for inventory issues and review billing for accuracy
  • Handle client complaints, disputes, and conflicts while maintaining cooperative relationships
  • Assist in training new clients on WMS usage
  • Maintain current vendor compliance information and gather customer data

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Third Party Logistics (3PL) experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft or Google suites
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office/warehouse environment
