About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between clients and warehouse, office, and technical teams
- Coordinate and monitor warehouse inbound and outbound shipments for E-commerce, wholesale, and retail
- Monitor WMS system to track SLA and address late orders
- Prepare, analyze, and send daily reports to senior leaders and clients
- Research error resolution for inventory issues and review billing for accuracy
- Handle client complaints, disputes, and conflicts while maintaining cooperative relationships
- Assist in training new clients on WMS usage
- Maintain current vendor compliance information and gather customer data
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of relevant customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Third Party Logistics (3PL) experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft or Google suites
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office/warehouse environment
