Requirements

- Demonstrated proficiency in resource allocation and strategic planning to achieve organizational objectives.
- Knowledge of implementing anti-fraud strategies to protect clients and the institution.
- Proven experience in process automation and the application of automation technologies for operational efficiency.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to facilitate discussions and create win-win solutions.

- Experience in the banking or financial services industry, specifically within commercial or investment banking.
